BB.com hosts a weekly contest called amateur of the week, see my pics and vote for me, ive only been at it 1 year and seen good results let me know what you think
I can do a national masters for the NPC, but want to rank in open as well. I will cross over and compete in both at my next show. That may mean competing against someone who is 15 years younger than me
I have done 4 shows so far. I have another 2 coming up in April. Both are figure, no fitness model. I am not a fan of the T walk they have to do in 5 inch heels
Ya know, that's a good question. A ton of research is being done at the University level to determine if and how the Myostatin protein can be blocked. For now, it seems MyoBlast and the Cystoseira Canariensis in it is the only verifiable Myostatin blocker that reputedly works. I haven't used it myself, but have talked to dozens who have and swear by it. Check out the forums under Cytodyne to see if you can run MyoBlast for free for doing a supplement log on it. Hit 'em up!

Check this out www.supplementdirect.com has DNA accellerator for $0.01 plus shipping. It's a special offer, but forget about the 5-Anabol...this product is a mass making machine. Get it.
I saw you take naNOvapor. How do you like it? What can you tell me about your experience w/ it? That football video is awesome. Do you know how old those kids are? They look like 7th grade or so.
If water retention and bloating is of no concern then Dave is right. But the 2 are always associated with a monohydrate unless it's in a precise ratio of 1 gr to 2 gr ethyl ester & 2 gr of Tricreatine malate. Otherwise, you will store excess water outside the target cell--no question. As for receptor signalling, take glutamine with creatine--it's a myth from the neolithic era that they actually compete for signal cell reception. Hope that helps. Later

Tons of knock-off products that essentially do the same thing, enhance pump & energy, nutrient delivery & of course vascularity. Namely; NOX2, NO2, Nitric Oxide tabs by ISS Research and my favorite Nitrace by Iforce. Check 'em out!

Not much--I'd give Carbolin-19 a try. It's new and non-hormonal by Biotest. SUpposedly it rivals actual Anavar for size, strength and cuts at the same time. As far as the Vapor & SuperPump go, I'd switch it up for atleast a month off every 3 months. Not a fan of E-bol by the way, but E-Bomb by BCS is the shizznit!

For sure, but the deal with ZMA is mineral depletion and recovery. It has an indirect effect on Test production, it can increase it by 30% up to normal level. It will enhance your body's ability to enter deep stages of sleep, but won't make you sleepy or induce sleep by any means. Hope that helps.

haha, I don't have any good pics of the front... I don't like the way it looks right now... :) and the quote is from whatever song is floating around in my head at the moment... It was Boombastic by Shaggy :]]
The creatine doesn't block the NO, but all the extra aminos, fenugreek, yohimbe, and Tocopherols in the Vapor seems to counteract the effectiveness of the pump. I'm a big fan of VPX--good research and pharmaceutical-grade ingredients don't hurt either. As for MuscleTech.....ahhh, don't get me started on their Hyperbolic marketing science geared towards GNCheads. Ya know?
