since 2002 when i used to play soccer,more over i want to gain mass because its very hard to me to gain mass(it's easy to gain weight,but all i have gain is only FAT!!)
Why I Love It:
it's teach me how to manage the time,to be more discipline,n to make my life more better n healhty
How I Stay Motivated:
it's never too late to start healhty life style,n life is more wonderful which started by a clearly mind n healthy body.
it;s so hard to gain weight coz i am a hard gainer with fast metabolism,it's very easy for me to cut weight,but it's so hard to gain dude..more over i want to pack mass at the shoulder area coz i am a narrow shoulder man,struggle to gain upper body mass!

i do basic exercise all for 4sets n 6-8reps,overload proggressive.
every monday n wednesday i train my abs.
rotator cuff injury dude!! pain is my middle name hehehe

Thanks Simli! Continue to train hard and eat huge amounts of food. To get big you have to eat big. Don't worry about counting calories, just make sure you take 250 grams of protein and over 400 grams of carbs everyday and you will begin to gain the weight you seek. Good luck!
