Well its day 3 of my weight loss
I have been hitting the gym pretty good. yesterday I started off with 30 min cardio on eliptical. then got a decent back and bi lift in. then i ran 1.5 miles and then walked another mile at an incline. I just returned today from about a 20 mile bike ride....
