How I Started:
Well I played college football and then got out of the gym for a few years. After getting a little tubby with all the studying i finally decided it was time. I am entered in the M&F Rock Hard Challenge 08' and it has helped me change my body!!
Why I Love It:
I love pushing my body to the extreme!
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and seeing things i want to change.

I want to get into great shape. To loose fat, gain muscle, actually see those abdominals that all the fitness people swear are under all this blubber! Then possibly to get a contract for my transformation pictures. I would love to get paid on the side for being in great shape...who wouldn't?!?!
