How I Stay Motivated:
I try to focus on my aspirations and dont focus on now... i focus on tha future. I dont expect to see results straight away...but i expect to go hard out. MUSIC MOTIVATES ME KEEPS ME FOCUSED ON MY GOAL.

Goal (Long):
My goal by the end of the year...is to have a body like an athlete.
I want 10-12% Body Fat
Increase Strength, Endurance & Muscle
1-2 Years from now gain a 6 pack.
Ill set tha scene - Its 1 AM and i can't sleep...because im so eager to start trainning for the 13 Km City to Surf Marathon.
I only have 45 days till it starts and it is going to be one of the biggest test of both my physical and mental strength, since i have never ran for more than 10...
I have started doing the Body for Life,which will help me get rid of the next 30lbs. Then maybe I can join the Air force Reserve.Lol,it is almost 9:00 here,some reason the clock keep up with it.
I am pretty sure I won't win cause there are some dudes that got shredded.I think I would have needed to lose 60;but I am entering the Body for life challenge.So back to training,this time I don't have far to go.Preparing for that marathon you will lose love handles in no time.
I am a little fatigued from doing all the cardio,I will be glad when it is over;so I can start doing a normal routine.You will be running miles in no time;then you will start running every where,lol.
Lol,the weight matters to my knees and ankles;I have old basketball injuries.The contest ends July 13,so I have increased cardio and I am only protein and leafy vegetables.
Lol thanks man.So what kind of cardio are you doing?Just running or biking or both.I've always thought about doing a marathon but I would have to get my weight down.Good luck with your training.
things are going good,I just working on increasing my cardio.For my back I do barbell rows,dumbbell rows,straight arm pull down,pull ups and dumbbell reverse flys.You should try straight arm pull downs it will hit the lats.
