Moving this weekend then starting the gym back up. I moved right next to out do I really have no excuses now.

Background
Playing sports is what started me in wanting to work out. I have always been the skinny guy and all my couches said i needed to have more size so i hit the weights and started to add on size. After sports it has just became part of me.
The weights are my way out, my release therapy.
