Playing sports is what started me in wanting to work out. I have always been the skinny guy and all my couches said i needed to have more size so i hit the weights and started to add on size. After sports it has just became part of me.

The weights are my way out, my release therapy.

I'm giving it a year and a half to two years before my next show...simply gotta put on more size...n constantly dieting for shows makes that impossible.
