Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to be a big muscular guy. That when someone say me the would be like "WOW" he looks good. I want to be 200 to 205 at a height of 5'6 with a bodyfat percentage of maybe 10%. I want to have great symmetry. I want to look like Johnnie Jackson.
You are doing really good and I congratulate you. Be carefull trying to gain too much weight too fast as it may not be lean weight and end up hurting you in the long run. Take your time and gain a few lbs per month and in a year you will be where you want to be and still have low body fat. Keep pushing yourself.
The very basics. Barbell curls, concentration curls, preacher curls, tricep extenstions, skull crushers, close grip bench. They just tend to grow no matter what. lol....
