I was way too skinny when I got to college.
Why I Love It:
It relieves stress and I love the natural high and the overall good feeling it gives me after I'm done. I like change and I love seeing the changes in my physique.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm always pushing myself to look better, feel better, live a healthy lifestyle, and get stronger.
BB Accomplishments:
stage 1- went from 6'4 150 lbs. to 6'6 220 lbs. in a massive bulk stage over a span of a year and a half. stage 2- 1-20-09 --> 5-10-09: cut my BF % in half from 22% to 11% in 15 weeks, all healthily of course. basically doing more cardio and eating a lot cleaner. stage 3- starting summer 2009: gain lean muscle and get ripped

Since my goal is to now put on as much muscle mass as possible and get more defined, a few weeks ago I kicked up my calorie intake to about 4000 calories a day. already ive seen a little strength increase and noticeably more definition in my abs, back, and chest. my muscles love the extra food...

Hi man, nice progress, keep it up. And work on your legs too. At this height it does make sense. Try doing one leg squats, it helped me to put on some solid mass on my thighs. Google for "the naked warrior" DVD or book, it's about one leg squats and one arm pushups.
