What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
people who do curls in the squat rack
Do you socialize while at the gym?
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
No problem if your moving real weight but if you aint movin no iron then your just humiliating yourself. I don't really grunt

you are lucky man. you've got a well defined core with what sounds like minimal effort. i'm the opposite of a hard gainer--an easy gainer, but not automatically lean muscle mass. LOL. stay motivated and make sure you're getting your protein and smart carbs. you'll bulk up in not time.
