sorta most muscular lol-295 lbs me at about 230-235 lbs
this was taken when i was nearly 300 lbs. i worked out as hard as i do now, but my diet was horrible. i was also workin out the wrong way. i was one of those types that was just worried about strength. i only did the high school workout if u know what i mean.

ME AT 225 LBS

me after i got back from the marine corps. i started liftin for a couple months and got really good results after not lifting weights after 6 months and not eating my 6-8 meals a day.

me at about 230-235 lbs
