I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE WHOLE LIFESTYLE WHEN I STARTED LIFTIN IN SCHOOL FOR FOOTBALL. I THEN STARTED READING FLEX AND I GOT HOOKED.
Why I Love It:
I LOVE BODYBUILDING BECAUSE I KNOW THAT IM BETTERING MYSELF. MY BODY HAS COMPLETLY CHANGED OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF YEARS AND ITS AWESOME. AND I WILL CONTINUE TO LIFT UNTIL I DIE

this was taken when i was nearly 300 lbs. i worked out as hard as i do now, but my diet was horrible. i was also workin out the wrong way. i was one of those types that was just worried about strength. i only did the high school workout if u know what i mean.
