my dad has always been huge as well as my grandpa and so is the rest of my family so when i turned 15 my friend got a bench set and me and him started becoming work otu freaks not knowing about much but only after a month of working out we had huge results and ive loved it ever since.
Why I Love It:
the feel of having people look at you when your walking in a store or girls checking out out makes me know the effort was worth it and it makes me feel better and stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
i just look at all the effort ive put in already knowing i can let it all go to waste to quit. and my friends and family help me out alot.

after bulking for ages ive finally decided i got enough muscle to cut.
Hey if you need to lose weight, cardio is the way. I went from 190lbs of pure fat down to 150lbs of almost no fat. A big thing that helped with that was wrestling lol. If your in sports(football?) then an exercise ball would help your balance. Try and balance on the ball. Works great. Keep up the good work!
hey bro, to make an even more effective difference, cut the dairy from your diet (except maybe on "cheat days"), since even milk has a substantial amount of sugar, and try to limit your sugar intake to 0-2 grams per meal--i personally only take in about 6 grams/day (6-7 meals)... result come fast!! good luck!!
Hey man, I have had a clean diet for a couple months now. When I started running intervals first thing in the morning is when the bodyfat began dropping.
