I finally realized that the big stud I thought I was had become the fat guy in the pictures. I had gotten down to 195 last August, then diet went south and the weight went north, but only 12 lbs. or so. Kept working, but just to maintain weight. Then I came to my senses and thought, "Why come so close just to maintain?" At that point I knew I was going to go all the way. I've now dropped just over 100 lbs. and passed my long term BF goal of 10%. Once I hit that, I wasn't be satisfied, so I went to 7%. Going to strip it down to 6% after a mini-bulk.
Why I Love It:
This is weird, but I actually like to be a little sore, it makes me feel alive and a sense of accomplishment.
How I Stay Motivated:
I like to challenge myself. I like to prove even myself wrong when I think I cannot do something.

"Losers always whine about trying their best. Winners go home and f**k the prom queen." - John Mason (Sean Connery in The Rock)
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost over 100 lbs.
Voted Hottest Guy at my home gym in the basement 4 years running!
ok friends... been gone awhile, but here's an update. I got married to a beautiful woman and have been busy keeping up with our 3 kids (mine & her 2). Been working out, not as much as I'd like but still going. Diet is ok, more cheats due to kids and my slack ass lately. Got laid...

Hope your eyes are focused straight ahead today! You can do anything you want to.
I am into making chili lately...good stuff and you can make a batch for the refrigerator and just heat up whatever you need. Not hot though...can't take that chili heat!
I'm with you on the diet over the holidays. I blew it a bit yesterday and had 3 small sweets, felt guilty eating them and even worse after. I hope that emotion will keep me on track over the holidays. Happy holidays and best of luck in your goals!
Hi FitJeff...hw are you doing. Heard your freezer is broken....eggs, eggs, and more eggs...and protein powder...lol! Don't lose any weight!!! You're looking great.
Your progress is inspiring. I'm down 110 with 20 to go but to me there's no difference between 310 pounds and now- not until I hit my goal. Thanks for sticking with it. My goal is to be there by April 1. Happy Thanksgiving!
