How I Started: been involved in sports my whole life...its just a lifestyle I guess
Why I Love It: stress relief, I want to stay healthy, and it feels good to see changes in yourself
How I Stay Motivated: keep in shape to do my job..and I hate the feeling when I don't work out for a while
BB Accomplishments: won the "Mr. Potatohead" contest back in 05.. ;) not in it to be a bodybuilder

Goal (Long): had surgery which slowed down my progress towards the 6-pack by 36 but I'm healing up and going to slowly get back into the cardio so I can reach my goal!

Hmmmmm...how's that 6 pack coming along? My goal was to gain 3lbs by my birthday...I got ONE. It took 5 weeks of eating with a shovel and VERY heavy lifting! Oh well! Happy early Thanksgiving. Glad to be your friend!
