Gain size, strength and symmetry - goal to compete in NZFBB September 2010
Goal (Long):
I competed September and October 2008 and from reflection I know I need to come in a little bigger, leaner and have better symmetry. To accomplish this I need to bring my bodyfat lower. I am thick waisted so need to focus on delts/back and work more on my legs.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 15 kg
Bodyfat Goal:
7%
