Tore my ACL in college and was told I would no longer play football. So I started working out a few years later and got hooked...
Why I Love It:
It allows me to do something that makes me fill good and hopefully in the end look good.
How I Stay Motivated:
Small changes and goal setting. You have to be okay with small gains. Small gains amount to large success...

Getting on stage that first time. I never thought I could do it. (note NATURALLY) DRUG FREE...
