Fit Status:
Happy to be back training like an animal after Nationals
Just wanted to stay in shape and kept at it after highschool and now want to grow as much as i can. I always wanted to maintain my weight bc i was pretty slim. After awhile i just got into healthy eating and wanted to grow so started putting on mass and became interested in bodybuilding to help me achive my goals.
Why I Love It:
It is fun to see how much the body can change and accomplish over time. You also meet alot of interesting people.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at the pros and all the advancement they can achieve makes me push even harder to one day be on stage with them.
BB Accomplishments:
- 2007 Hurricane Bay Classic Overall Champion
- 2007 Southeastern USA Overall Champion
- 2008 Jr. Nationals 8th place.

Goal (Long):
My current goal as of Nov. 28, 2009 is to get up 250 solid and drop to 215 and move up to the heavyweight category next yr or the following.
I seen over the past years change her physique and get nothing but better each year. She is a great inspriration for all women out there looking to get a start in a healthy life and make a change to better themselves. Plus Ava has the perfect body i look at in a woman. Healthy, fit, toned...Cant wait to see her in next show and win again.
CK- should motivation for everyone out there, to show no matter how hard things are you can achieve them with a little work and time. Anyone who says there too old too get inshape, look at CK and heres your proof that you are only as old as you feel

Thanks man I do have a question actually. Theres so much controversy on how much protein u really need. how much protein does a bodybuilder need on a daily basis? how much do u take? Oh and btw i was born n raised in maryland so thats really cool. grew up in the city of Laurel i duno if u know of it, small town. :)

1. I want to get to about 203 lbs but with a 5% bodyfat. Im thinking I need to bulk at 210-215 and then go to a cutting phase to trim to 203.
2. To bulk I've been eating mad Tuna sandwiches with Cytogainer shakes. And anything else is extra calories. But Im stuck at 185 now.
