I've always played sports all throughout school and even PeeWee. My dad was in the Army and kicked my butt and motivated me. I've always worked out, but my current goal for this year is to just get ripped.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me out of trouble, it gets my mind right, it relieves stress, and it's all me, I don't have to rely on anybody else!
How I Stay Motivated:
Faith in God and a lil help from downloading crazy music for the iPod, also seeing progress, and lovely toned women in the close viscinity.
BB Accomplishments:
I've gained 50lbs since high school, now I'm cutting pretty drastically and plan on putting a much leaner frame on. I'd have to say, defying the small 137lb frame I had back in high school.
Time to put some mass on now!

Goal (Long):
I bulked up to about 190lbs over the holidays and now I'm down to 170 in a matter of 2 and a half months. My body fat percentage went from 15% down to 11% right now. I want to get to about 9 or 8 and then I will put the muscle back on.
Yes, I'm a trainer, but this guy pushed me to another level!!! Ive been following the diet plan he has laid out and it works!!!! here I am a sexy beast... partly because of him... thanks Nick... keep up the good work pimpin!
I alternate between 5 - 8 when I'm trying to gain, but now while i'm shredding about 12 - 15.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30 seconds max! I've lost so much bodyfat while keeping my heartrate up throughout my workout in the weight room. I'm drenched in sweat before I even get to the treadmill!

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
A combination of Brad Pitt from fight club (the abs at least) and Ryan Reynolds. I want to be lean but also carrying pretty good muscle mass. I want to be about 185 of lean muscle.
So I visited the family in Albuquerque and had a blast. It felt really good to work out with some of the family and hear all the compliments... I think I actually lost weight! I cooked up some chicken breast at the beginning of the trip and gnawed on that the whole week. I did splurge a lil...

Thats great to hear! everything is going exceptionally well over here- dukin it out in the gym and staying incredibly strict on my diet, hopefully it pays off :D
