Hey, How are you? I'm just getting over a injury around my ankle. I have been a little depressed, but I plan to get back with it in a few days. Not doing any shows till Sept 2007. I have got to put on a little more muscle up top. My diet stinks, how about yours...the holidays are killing me. It was really good to hear from you let me know what your plans are this year? competitions?, etc.
