I have been training. Just not posting. After 25 years I feel that I do not need to post numbers. I know what I am capable of doing and what my goals are. I kind of feel that I am in my own little world and I do not really need to share it with anyone else. This might sound stingy...

James, thanks for the add. Your monikor is certainly appropiate. No doubt you are a true blue big lifter! But losing 80 lbs and keeping it off is a true testament that you have a drive and focus beyond just beign big. You are still young, so what's the plan for your next big lifts?
