my training is going ok. i hurt my back and have spent alot of money at the chiropractor that is why i have not been posting in a while. my bench is getting up there i hit 365 for 7.5 un assisted wiht only one day between bench workouts. i am back hitting six on squat but my dead has fallen hard. have not got six up since i hurt my back and before i hurt i got 655
