This is a sample workout for a week. Remember to always change up your training to shock your muscles and avoid hitting a plateau. As you'll see with my reps, I believe pyrmaiding is the best way to put on size.

I like Oklahoma, too, mostly because I do not like Nebraska. I don't really have a reason to dislike Nebraska, but for some reason I've never been a fan. I used to work in sports sales and I'm trying to get back into that; I took some time off working while I was sick. Until I get hired I've just been doing freelance writing here and there. What about you?
yep! although my team, the carolina panthers, has not been doing so well this year... hopefully better luck today against the saints, but i don't know... we're 0-4 at home, and today is at home. eek. i'm a "big blue" fan for college-- a michigan wolverine at heart-- but i graduated from uga, so i like the dawgs, too. what about you?
sounds fun! my family is around still; all the little cousins and distant relatives are here (they come from the country in South Carolina) and they're enjoying doing all the typical "big city mall post-thanksgiving shopping madness" stuff. i think by sunday afternoon they'll be gone, though, hopefully just in time for me to catch some of the pro football games on tv.
I'd like to compete sometime next year-- I've still got to bulk a bit more, but I'm bulking clean so it's taking some time. Holiday plans are pretty dull-- mostly just hanging out with the family in its enormousness (there's about 50 of us, at least). What about you? Anything exciting?
pretty good! i've had some good gains with the bent over barbell row that i'm proud of, and i know as i pack on the mass it's going to get better and better! i'm a protein fan, too, so i'm glad to know it will help me gain good, lean mass. are you going to compete again any time soon?
