How I Started:
I always played football and was always active. Was recuited to play D1 ball but had various injuries. Over the past few yrs I started to go to the gym less and less.. Im getting on my way to looking my best.
Why I Love It:
As a correctional officer you deal with a lot of stress. Its a great stress relief. And it will benefit me lots in my future.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just trying to keep a routine and stay motivated is hard for me. Just trying to keep a positive attitude for when i hit a wall or when i feel like im not advancing in my workout.. Mental toughness is what i try to have!!

So i finally got the ok to start lifing again after about 3 months of doing nothing. This was partly due to a shoulder injury. Hopefully i'll be back to where i was before i got injured in a short amount of time. And continue to push forward and not look back.
