Monday: Cardio and Chest
Tuesday: Cardio, shoulders. some time i do Mua Tia
Wednesday: Cardio Bis, Tris, and forarms.
Thursday: Cardio and back
Friday: 10 - 20 warm up and Legs
saturday: Sauna and hot tub
Sunday: rest
Thanks Gavrilo! I started following a 5X5 routine 3 weeks ago and my strength gains have been awesome to date. I am planning on following the routine for 12 weeks to really get my strength up. How about you, how's your training going? -Jeff
pretty good man. sorry for the month or so delay haha. i hadnt logged on or anything. ive had to tone it down a but with varsity tennis and stuff. but it finishes up in april so ill kick it into gear then before im off to college. if u have any advice for bulking let me know. my metabolism is crazy fast
new year is ok...took a week break from lifting cause my Grandpa died recently and I went up to Oregon for the funeral, but I'm going to the gym here in about an hour. we'll see how it goes!

My wkouts r good bro thanks 4 asking. I just started a new routine. german volume training. You should check out Controlled Labs. They have a lot of good supplements. Green Magnitude, White Flood, Purple Wrath... creatine, No, Amino acids. research them cuz they are a lot better than whats out right now
