I started at 265+ and 28% BF...maybe more.
This was rock bottom for me. I had always needed to lose a little weight but I was always pretty athletic. After I got married on 4/20/02, I really let myself go. It was time for a drastic change.
just another back pic...still have plenty of fat to lose...at least 10-13 percentage points

Started out w/ a fairly easy work out. I'm trying to avoid DOMS and the subsequent down time. It felt good just to get back into it. Believe it or not, the tire flips really destroyed me. They're nasty.
Wide grip pull ups- 8, 7, 6

Deadlift-  135# x 5, x 5, x 10, x 8

Bent-over DB row- 40#...

Dymatize Elite Whey Protein Isolate, 10 Lbs, Rich Chocolate
Started: Sep 07, 2004
Reason: Protein supplementation. I usually take 5 servings (scoops) per day.
Controlled Labs Green MAGnitude, 80 Servings, Sour Green Apple

Reason: Creatine for muscle recovery.
