I went back to the gym yesterday...took it easy and got a good workout in. Thank God it's wasn't too bad. It's still tight, but I'm going to keep stretching it till it's back to normal.
How u doing with the workouts this week?

What's good big dawg? I'm good. I hurt my back last week bro. Was squatting at max and screwed my lower back. The next day, I couldn't even get out of bed. It's better now. No pain...just still a little stiff. The lower back is nothing to fuc with.

Yea i know. i am a personel trainer part time. But i love getting help from everyone else cause there alot of people like your self that have been doing it longer then me. I started back in iraq and it just cared over i =never thought i would love it soo much
