How I Started:
I was always in good shape but i wanted more. I was tired of being just ok. I want size, strength and definition!
Why I Love It:
I love watching my muscles grow. Knowing that im getting stronger, my muscles are getting bigger and my body is getting healthier is a good feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing people bigger and stronger makes me work out harder.

My goal is to gain 10 pounds and way a solid 185.
Goal (Long):
I always loved lifting weights but it was always on and off. I could never stay consistant with a routine.Now play time is over and its time to get serious. By working out 4 days a week i would like to put on 10 pounds of solid muscle and show a positive difference for next summer!
