Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Regain strength I had before a wound. Gain an inch of muscle by 09-01-09
Goal (Long): Due to a car wreck I have a sci which is high in my spine. I have to use my neck to generate any kind of movement from my left arm, and very minimal movement from the rest of my body. Originally it was a c2-c3 injury. Since I've aged it has moved. Gaining muscle would allow me to have more control over my life. Smallest guy here. So goals will be attainable by small slow amounts. Ask anything, I'll answer.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 9%
