I got started in 2001 initially. In 2007 I am starting again. I was a big fat loser then, meaning I lost 47 pounds of body fat, and I want to be a big fat loser like that again... only better!
Why I Love It:
Probably more than anything else is because well kept bodies are such a turn on! I'm sure I have other reasons too.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at the photos here does it pretty well. Plus seeing the expression on people's faces when I tell them, so proudly, that my ambition in life right nw is to be a BIG FAT LOSER!!!

Looking for my 14-15% BF. Starting right now at 19.
Goal (Long):
Losing BF right now is more important to me than worrying about weight. I plan on doing lots of cardio workouts that also give some focus on strength with a tool called kettlebells. I'm starting off with the 18lb KB to work my way up to the 35lb KB. FYI- At the peak of a swing the 18lb KB actually feels like 50 pounds. And the 26er actually feels like 70 pounds. So these things can get the blood pumping and the lungs huffing. They are perfect to make me a BIG FAT LOSER!!!

Well I guess soccer is one of the big reasons why my calves look like they do .. Cause I haven't been working out on them :)
