When I Started: Aug, 2007
How I Started: I have lifted on and off since I was around 11 years old. My life has been full of ups and downs and until recently I thought the only way to help deal with those ups and downs was to feed my face with garbage and live unhealthy. The morning I woke up and didn't even recognize myself was the day I decided to change myself.
Why I Love It: I love working out because it just gives me a different feeling of gratification than anything else I do can. Working out has also given me a new outlook on my life and also a new confidence in my personal apperance.
How I Stay Motivated:
BB Accomplishments: I wouldn't classify it as a bodybuilding accomplishment but I recently lost 30 pounds and I am still dropping in weight.

Eat 5 to 6 small, "clean" protein rich meals per day, do cardio 2 to 3 times a week and lift weights 3 preferably 4 times a week and you will be amazed at the changes your body will make and the speed at which they will occur. By following this regime you will not only transform your body but also shock almost everyone you know.
