How I Started:
I have lifted on and off since I was around 11 years old. My life has been full of ups and downs and until recently I thought the only way to help deal with those ups and downs was to feed my face with garbage and live unhealthy. The morning I woke up and didn't even recognize myself was the day I decided to change myself.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it just gives me a different feeling of gratification than anything else I do can. Working out has also given me a new outlook on my life and also a new confidence in my personal apperance.

I wouldn't classify it as a bodybuilding accomplishment but I recently lost 30 pounds and I am still dropping in weight.

This is me at almost my max weight of probably somwhere around 370. I never really saw the irony in this pic until now.
HOLY CRAP!!! Awesome transformation. I say this because I too was at a max of 360lbs and now stand at around 290lbs!!! Nice work BRO!!! Keep it up!!!!!

Eat 5 to 6 small, "clean" protein rich meals per day, do cardio 2 to 3 times a week and lift weights 3 preferably 4 times a week and you will be amazed at the changes your body will make and the speed at which they will occur. By following this regime you will not only transform your body but also shock almost everyone you know.
you call it 'a lengthy and life-altering cut' and that's very well said. I must say, you have already changed so much, look at the shape your arm is in, and your chest and shoulders. It's a tremendous change. You should be proud.
