Finished up day 4 and I can REALLY feel yesterday's workout in my shoulders and biceps. In hindsight, I sort of wish I had done an extra set on the biceps, but I definitely don't want to over train and get burned out either. I'll just stick to the program and not push too hard this early. Went to the store and got more eggs, fish, and vegetables. Even ate some sweet potato, which I normally don't like at all, but didn't have a problem with at all yesterday. Amazing how... Go to BodyBlog

Completed day three, which has obviously been the easiest day so far given it was a rest day. Got my cardio in and even did a little extra. Still sore from the previous workouts, but nothing that will stop me for jumping on it tomorrow for the next full workout. Still loving the program and excited to see where I end up!

Day 2 is in the books and my legs and chest are killing me. Can't believe my legs are still sore, but shows how out of shape and in need of this I am. Still finding it difficult to eat as often as the program requires, but its only been two days, so I'll adjust I'm sure. Thanks to the people that commented on yesterdays blog with encouragement and tips for pushing through it. Finished day 1 of the Gethin trainer yesterday and I'm loving it. My legs are KILLING me, but its a good feeling in a weird way. Let's me know I did it right yesterday and didn't take any shortcuts. So far the hardest part (and its only been one day) is the eating, but not in the way I expected. Eating clean and the right things is easy, I can handle that, but eating that many meals a day is the challenge. I find that I'm not hungry when its time to eat, which makes... Go to BodyBlog
