I got up to 330lbs and a friend started working out and lost 75lbs so i started working out with him.
Why I Love It:
I have played basketball in high school and in collage, but after a knee injury i cant play as much as i want, so i have replace it with lifting weights and i think i am hooked, i cant stop lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
its a competition with my self to see how far i can go.
Man, I hate knee surgery and bad knees. I don't have them. Like I told mdrane, try 45g of fish oil per day for 8 weeks straight and then drop to 10g. It might help.
Ha ha, super-athlete ring. Yeah, I'm off active duty at the moment.
I have this strange feeling I'm about to come up with a comic book concept though.
Thanks for the add, keep up the hard training! Yeah we just moved out here but the only thing we have done so far is go to the gym, lol. (better than drinking!)

My fav play was the over da shoulder pass from the qb to kicker..classic play..Spurrier looked so stupid...lol. Plus he's known for offense not defense..
