You NEED carbs to build muscle and burn fat. Look under my current workout routine, I have a sample of my diet there. Also check other people pages too and you will see, we all eat about the same. You will just need to eat the right amount of proteins and carbs for your body weight. Another great site with lots of info. is myfittribe.com
I can give you a basic diet or make or really extreme clean. You have to be committed and follow it to the letter. Here are some basics; equal protein and carbs in every meal, except last meal protein only. I do 1-1.5 grams of protein per lean body mass. Carbs are more tricky depending on if you want a low (.05) med. (.88) or high/equal (1.5) carb day. Drink a lot of water, no added fats (butters, oil, etc.) no added sugar. No dairy, no fruit.
