How I Started:
Well I actually started back in Januray of 2008, after I got back from college in New Orleans. I always played sports in high school and was active but in 2005 I broke my leg and shattered my ankle and I couldn't walk for a whole year. So in college I kept eating and without ever exercising, I gained a lot of weight. When I came back home, like I said in January, I was 245 lbs. That's when I really decided to change and so I cut back on eating and just ate healthy. By May I was down to 205 and then I decided it was time to start working out and getting some muscle back. So around May 4, 2008, I began working out with this girl I liked at our school gym at UNLV. About two weeks later on May 20, I started taking Whey Protein, Creatine, and NO2 supplements, Nitrix and NanoVapor. Two weeks later on June 4th, I started taking more supplements: Fish Oil, Flax Seed Oil, Primrose Oil, CLA, R-ALA, HMB, ZMA, Guggulsterones, L-Carnitine, & Chromium Picolinate. It's now June 10th and I'm 5 weeks into my training. Now it's June 20, I'm past 6 weeks into my training and I'm also taking Scivation Xtend for Glutamine and BCAA's, DIM, 5-HTP, and Universal Super Cuts 3. I've gotten down to 195 lbs. now and I hope to get to around 185 lbs.
Why I Love It:
Gives me energy, gets me strong, builds muscle, helps me burn more calories and get leaner.
How I Stay Motivated:
Trying to get a lean, cut body that I can be proud of and staying healthy.

Slowly but surely you'll get there. Some guys make amazing progress within a year, once they train using good technique. Best of luck.
