HAMSTRING TEAR WHILE DOING HEAVY BARBELL ROWS ABOUT TWELVE YEARS AGO; I COULDN'T TRAIN LEGS FOR ABOUT EIGHT WEEKS, THEN HAD TO START FROM SCRATCH; MY DOCTOR TOLD ME TO BE PATIENT, SO I WAS, AND IT HEALED IN DUE TIME. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
THE MOST COMMON REASON FOR INJURY, IN MY EXPERIENCE, IS A COMBINATION OF POOR TECHNIQUE AND LACK OF CONCENTRATION.
