yeah at least every other time i'm at the gym i do leg related work or at least do some cardio on the tread mill.

a lil' bit bigger i fell off last month but i've been back at it for a good three weeks now tryin out some new exercises. i try do a full upper body workout every time i'm at the gym and lower body at least 2 to 3 times a week.
