How I Started:
I started working out because I was tired of being flabby. In gym class I would notice everyone else having a ripped physique and athletic ability while I was flabby, clumsy and slower than everyone else so i got some free weights and started putting in work.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing results and i like the attention i get from friends, family, and of course females. It is also a great stress reliever for me, it helps me vent when I'm angry and it keeps me out of troube when i get that severe case of boredom.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing how my friends' bodies have changed when they got serious about their health. And, also seeing the people on this site its very inspiring.
Its alive, well, and not twice a day the way I'd like it but its still consistent and frequent. For the next month or so I'm alternating a large number of low rep sets with a low number of high rep sets every two days. Its weird.
The full body workouts come when I can get some free time in the AM or so. I get my 2-a-days in every once in a while. How about yourself man?
