How I Started:
I started working out because I was tired of being flabby. In gym class I would notice everyone else having a ripped physique and athletic ability while I was flabby, clumsy and slower than everyone else so i got some free weights and started putting in work.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing results and i like the attention i get from friends, family, and of course females. It is also a great stress reliever for me, it helps me vent when I'm angry and it keeps me out of troube when i get that severe case of boredom.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing how my friends' bodies have changed when they got serious about their health. And, also seeing the people on this site its very inspiring.

getting down to 7.5% body fat.

Its alive, well, and not twice a day the way I'd like it but its still consistent and frequent. For the next month or so I'm alternating a large number of low rep sets with a low number of high rep sets every two days. Its weird. The full body workouts come when I can get some free time in the AM or so. I get my 2-a-days in every once in a while. How about yourself man? You a bigger darryl now?

Hey bro.....I do wood chops and reverse wood chops on the cable machine for my obliques. If you have a look at Supermaine's profile, he has a vid up of him doing wood chops.
