Workout Program:
Monday: Chest; Abs + Calves + Cardio (evening)
Tuesday: Back; Cardio (evening)
Wenesday: Rest; Abs + Calves + Cardio(evening)
Thursday: Arms; Cardio
Friday: Shoulders; Abs + Calves + Cardio(evening)
Saturday: Legs
Sunday: Cardio

During the Offseason each Cardiosession consists of about 30 min.
When the diet begins I increase my Cardio, week by week up to 1 hour, the closer the show gets.

Weighttraining consists of about 1 hour hihg volume Training
