Workout Program:
SUNDAY- REST
MONDAY- CHEST AND TRICEPS
TUESDAY- BACK AND SHOULDERS
WEDNESDAY- CARDIO AND ABS
THURSDAY-REST
FRIDAY -LEGS
SATURDAY- CARDIO AND BICEPS
On my weight lifting days I perform a short session of cardio(10 min before lifting and 15 min after)and on my cardio days I do 30 to 45 min at 60 to 75 percent MHR.My weight lifting days I use free weights and machines for each body part,1 warm up set and 3 sets after, increasing the weight on every set,I also try to switch exercises from time to time to shock my muscles, I seem to get use to one after a while and it takes to long to fatigue the muscle.This workout programs works for me I'm getting stronger,dropping body fat and seeing some definition.
