On my weight lifting days I perform a short session of cardio(10 min before lifting and 15 min after)and on my cardio days I do 30 to 45 min...

Everything is going OK...just work and lifting...just trying to get into the best shape for when I go to the Arnold in March...don't wanna be a fatass at a fitness expo
Thanks for the birthday wishes...never too late. I hear ya on the diet. It wasnt until I gave in and really cleaned up my diet that I started to see the fat come off. The first week is hard, but after that you becoming a burning machine. Let me know if you need any help with some great recipe ideas.
Progress had been slow. Have dropped about a lb a week but need to do more. Two weeks ago i came down with the stomach flu quickly followed by a repiratory infection. All cardio and lifting stopped but I'm back on the wagon. It's like running down hill, your gaining moment and then you trip over a rock..lol. Frustrating to say the least.

Happy holiday! I've been slackin. Alot of things have been going on so I haven't put forth much effort. I plan on gettin at it hard over the course of this next month. We'll see how it goes.

Thank god one of my cousin offered to buy my condo from me or else I would be in deep shit!
Should be moving up there by the end of June! Diet have been good but been hard to get a workout in!

I am doing more cardio than anything but recently added some weights. Ultimately i'd like that to reverse, more weights, less cardio...hence the reason i'm here :) I am doing a really basic program i got from this site, it feels good but will increase consistently. My cardio right now consists of Tae Bo and walk/running.
