My goal is to keep lifting more and get under 20% bf
Goal (Long):
I was in very good shape about 10 years ago and hit the gym everyday. I want to be that person again but go beyond. My goal it so be in the best shape of my life. By lifting, bicyling, and eating right, I want to be able to see muscle definition. By the time I'm 40, I want the body of a 25 year old.
I spent the last week or so grieving the passing of my Grandmother. I started again today hitting the weights hard and eating right. Trying to eat 180 grams of Protein and stay away from crap food. Hit back today and that break I gave my body did some good. My muscles were well rested and...
