Hi, trainning is going good, been spending a lot of time at the gym. I should come into the rochester show way better than buffalo. Right now Im trying to nail down my diet and my poeses. Its going to be a very hard show to win. I should very good in the heavyweights, but I allready won that 2 years in a row, time to win the whole show. Whats next for you? You were so ripped, see ya. Training is going good. I want to win the Buffalo show. I lost to victor by a point last year for the overall. I would like to do a bigger show later in the year. Whats your next show?

Hey how ya doing? You have a big change in progress. A little more overall mass would be better, not bad. If you come in ripped shape you should do fine this year. If I were you Id try to bulk up a bit then diet down for 1st week april, I think thats when it is. Casey
