Benching 400 for the first time 25 years ago. Hope to do it again.
It's been two months of working out now and I'm thinking maybe 500 isn't such a bad idea. If I can stay healthy and un-injured, who knows. :-)
I met her at the expo in Los Angles in January. Not only did she have a tremendous physical change, she took the time to talk and encourage me to go forward. She was very nice, and lets face it she's hot.
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Quit drinking soda, a big one for me and no booze. Eating more vegetables, and fruit. Cut out sweets (well almost). Not eating fast food. Cooking all the meals.

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Log book. Easy to do at the gym. It's like keeping your score card in your pocket while playing golf. Mark it as you do it.
I was away from training 4 months, and missed everyone. I couldn't even get on body space much. My training partner moved and I find it hard to find another. Most people in the gym are there for the people not for the training. I like to work thru my routine, keep it intense and have...
Went back to the gym tonight. Still energized from this morning. Got on the leg press machine and worked up to 20 45lbs plates on it. Oh what a feeling. Not a lot of weight for you gorillas, but for my age and injuries it felt great, looking forward to the soreness.
I dropped by to see how you are doing and to ask how things are going? I hope that all is well and that your motivation is staying high. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell.
I would like nothing better than to see you achieve all you dream of on your fitness journey. Stay strong, focused and determined and may God bless.
Thanks dad! :) Yeah I am focusing on my delts and chest, so I am glad you can notice the effort :) I am going to focus on my traps too. Love ya much!
How is your training coming along?
