Mondays: chest..cardio maybe
Tuesday: arms(biceps/triceps) cardio maybe
Wednesday: back..cardio maybe
Thursday: shoulders..cardio maybe
i usually do cardio on the days i go but not much. maybe 15 minutes on the treadmill n not even to my max cuz i get shin plintz n it just hurts. when i'm ready to go i'll just hop on the eliptical n go for like 20-30 minutes. |
