i started about 17. i was going to join the military n had to lose wieght so i dropped the wieght but in the end didn't join n gained it all back. as i got older the wieght just added up!after i didn't join i got into lifting heavy n gained some muscle. to me, i think in the right light i look good like my arms. but overall i wanna lose the gut n thick thighs n just look good. i wanna see something for my work.

well right now stay motivated by looking in the mirror n not being happy with what i see n wanting to change it. i come on here to see other peoples progress n changes n keep thinking "i can do it too."

Goal (Long):
i've always liked lifting heavy. if i don't lift heavy i feel like i'm not doing anything. my problem is the fat! that and i like to eat! i'm a big meat eater n i know i should watch it with the meat but i'm a beast! i dnt wanna be skinny n toned, i wanna be large n muscular! right now i'm about 250. since i started with my girlfriend i've gained 30pounds. i dnt know if its her or if i just lost my motivation to go to the gym but i stopped going for a long time n lost all my muscle. i can't go to the gym n not lift until i can't lift anymore. i know doing cardio will help lose the fat but i HATE doing cardio. my goal is to keep the muscle i have and lose the fat by suckn it up n doing the cardio. i really need to learn how to eat cuz i get up @ 3am for work n finish @ 12. so eating for me is really thrown outta whack! any advice would be appreciated on that.
