and that should do it then huH?? my boyfriend runs marathons, and i did like 4.5 miles with him last night in the rain... do u think with the running i'll cut considerable in 12 weeks?? i've lost fat before from running but, i wasn't trying to keep muscle.
-my mid section is my weak point

i'm going to start dieting down for the next 3-5 months..
do u think u could type something for what to eat to get shredded? i have a big problem with eating the right foods.. thanks a LOT

not sure who you're talking about, havn't heard his name mentioned. i've been training]early evening, but want to start doing mornings again. I also have been training on an empty stumach..i read a comment on your brother's myspace page about that, and i feel better, and stronger. my bench is going through the roof since i've been pulling. just concerned about losing too much muscle. i do have some fat, but, i want to get totally shredded for summer. thanks

right now i train at los camepones in minneapolis. every other day with weights, and on the other days i do cardio. any dieting tips u can help me with?
