Hey man. I am about to go to school at the U of M so I was searching around for some gyms in the location. Using google, I came across this gym 'Los Campeones'. I saw your profile under the google search and thought I would ask you first hand. Is this a good bodybuilder gym? I'm lookin for a smaller, possibly dirty ****ty gym that spares the pop music and soccer moms. Couldn't find a website so I thought I would ask before I visit to see if it is right for me. Thanks bro.

I do know Daniel Bacote! I used to date him! Have you seen him I often wondered if his ok?
yeah running would do it. you just want to make sure your calorie maintenance doesnt drop to much, for if it does, you will sacrifice muscle. just make sure you consume a little more calories than you normally would, if you didnt do as much running
If you drop your carbs or calories to low, your sugar levels will drop, and you will crave sweets and fatty foods. Make sure you stay within the 200-300 mark, unless you make it up a day or two after, if you are going really low. hope that helps,
ttyl
The key is to stay 200-300 calories below ur calorie maintenance, so if you consume 2,500 calories to maintain, cut it to 2,200-2,300- even add cardio to help. Be consistant, and eat higher carb or training days, and lower carbs on non-training days.
Best sources of carbs: rice, pasta (minimum) potatoes, carrots, and any other vegetable, oatmeal, and wheat bread (minimal also). I ate most of these carbs, when i am dieting, if hardcore, i cut out pasta and wheat bread.
Protein: chicken, tuna, lean hamburger, and protein powder (whey).
IF you want to know about anything more specific, let me know. ALso, I had a buddy that use to train at your gym named Daniel Bacote- black guy- big chest, pony tail- in his 40's, but looks about 25. Do you know him, or does he train their anymore?
As far as dieting is concerned, what I tell most people is- the most important times to eat are in the morning, before, and after you train. I keep my calories high, more so after I train than the other times of the day, when my body is torn down and depeleted out of glycogen. Always train on an empty stomache so the blood isnt digesting in your stomache when you are training a specific bodypart.
