When I Started:
Sep, 2006
How I Started:
Got fat and wanted to change. I studied, experimented, and planned until I figured out how to best build my body and lose fat. Now I've achieved my goal and continue to improve with no real goal in mind other than keep on adding weight.
Why I Love It:
Feels great and the sense of pride in seeing the weight stack up a bit more every week. Seeing the progress in paper dating back months really puts into perspective the potential I aim to explore and helps keep me motivated.
How I Stay Motivated:
By remembering that regression is not an option, but only failure.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost over 60 lbs. in a three month period while adding muscle.
Helped a few friends pick lifting back up and by sharing what I've learned have enabled them to make the greatest gain they've had in the shortest amount of time possible.
