How I Started:
I joined the gym to lose a little bit of weight at the end of July, '09.
Why I Love It:
I love challenging myself and seeing the results I get.
How I Stay Motivated:
I work out with my awesome boyfriend and we help each other stay motivated. He's really supportive and helpful when I feel like quitting. Also, I have great genetics for this and I want to see just how awesome I can get myself to look.
BB Accomplishments:
At the end of July 2009 I could only do 3 sets, 12 reps, 15 Lbs. for standing calves. As of 10/21/09 I am now able to do 12 rep sets of 120 Lbs. and my calves are looking a lot better.

Worked chest today. It was sweet. I've been lifting pretty heavy with all my exercises just trying to build as much as possible while dieting.
Took some more measurements, I feel like I am losing fat and gaining muscle.
