MY LIFES FOCUS IS MAINLY ON THREE THINGS;SPIRITUAL,MENTAL,AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION.BUT NOT JUST THE EDUCATION ITSELF BUT THE ACTUAL INVOLEMENT OF MYSELF IN THOSE THINGS.
I FOUND MYSELF STRIVING TO DO THE SPIRITUAL AND MENTAL PORTIONS BUT LACKED THE PHYSICAL.FEELING CLEAN AND HEALTHY IS WHY I LOVE IT.

If you really want to lose weight and get into great shape I believe it is best to follow a proven program such as Body for Life. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program.
